Responsibilities: Responsible for strategy and execution of comprehensive benefits and compensation programs, management of salary structures, administration of leave management, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Skills: 5+ years in benefits and compensation administration, strategic vision in total rewards, knowledge of benefits regulations, strong communication skills, data analysis and HRIS proficiency.
Qualifications: Education in human resources or related field; preferred HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CCP).

About the Position
As the Senior Manager, Benefits and Compensation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective administration and continuous improvement of our total rewards programs, including medical, dental, retirement, life insurance, wellness, leave, and compensation. You’ll collaborate with the People Team, Payroll, Finance, and other internal partners; manage vendor relationships; and provide expert guidance to employees and leaders to ensure programs are accessible, competitive, compliant, and aligned with workforce and business needs.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, you will balance day-to-day operational excellence with opportunities to enhance employee understanding, streamline processes, and strengthen our total rewards infrastructure. Your ability to interpret market trends, maintain compliance with evolving state and federal regulations, and apply thoughtful analysis to both benefits and compensation decisions will help attract, retain, and reward top talent—ensuring our programs remain a source of value for employees and a strategic asset for the organization.
