Lucid Software is seeking a driven Sales Recruiter I to join their Talent Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing candidates and managing the recruiting process in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities: Partner with sales leaders to define hiring needs, manage candidate journeys from sourcing to offer, maintain recruiting metrics, and streamline workflows.
Skills: 1-2 years of recruiting experience, strong relationship-building and organizational skills, proactive talent sourcing, and familiarity with sales roles.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), and prior SaaS or tech environment experience
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $65,000.
