Skills: 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience, 3 years of technical recruitment experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday preferred.
Qualifications: Experience in sourcing passive candidates, knowledge of HR principles and employment laws, and ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).
Role Type: This is a full-time, term position that will last for 18 months from the start date.
