Campus is seeking a Vice President of People to lead the company's talent strategy and organizational culture, playing a key role in the company's next growth phase.
Responsibilities: The VP, People will refine talent and performance strategies, forecast workforce needs, enhance company culture, drive change initiatives, optimize HR operations, and mentor the People team.
Skills: A successful candidate must have a strong background in HR leadership, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives, alongside exceptional business acumen.
Qualifications: Candidates should have 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role, ideally in complex, fast-growing environments, as well as a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
Location: This position is based in Tribeca, New York, with a hybrid work schedule (remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday through Thursday).
Compensation: $175000 - $225000 / Annually

The Vice President, People will serve as a key member of Campus’s executive leadership team and a strategic architect of the company’s next phase of growth. This role is both visionary and operational; responsible for shaping the long-term people strategy that enables scale, drives performance, and deepens cultural impact across the organization.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, CLO, and senior leadership, the VP, People will define how Campus attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent while building the infrastructure and leadership capability needed to sustain rapid growth. This leader will set direction across the full employee lifecycle, from organizational design and leadership development to engagement, culture, and total rewards, ensuring that people strategy is a core enabler of business success.
