Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage high volumes of candidates across software and hardware engineering roles
- Partner with hiring managers and directors to define requirements and influence talent strategy
- Embed with teams to understand product, technical roadmap, and culture to effectively pitch roles
- Maintain consistent communication and candidate experience from outreach through offer
- Track, analyze, and report pipeline and performance metrics to inform recruiting strategy
- Design and implement sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and act as an ambassador for internal DEI efforts
- Continuously improve processes, leverage automation and web-scraping techniques, and scale recruiting best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications in recruiting or talent acquisition are a plus
