About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in analyzing business needs, documenting and optimizing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate has significant hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder), and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and integration capabilities.
This role involves partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and implemented effectively. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—facilitatingrequirements gathering, documenting current and future state business processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting user testing, developing change management plans and training to support solutions developed and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Reporting to the Staff Engineering Director, this individual will work in an agile environment and help drive adoption of Salesforce across the organization by aligning business processes with platform capabilities.
