The College Board is seeking a Fellow for their Strategy Leadership Program, a two-year, fully remote role designed for early-career professionals to develop strategic skills and drive equity-centered change in education.
Responsibilities: Support major organizational problems through problem-solving processes, manage cross-divisional projects, and participate in ongoing training and development.
Skills: Emerging problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity, as well as a passion for expanding educational opportunities.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years professional experience post-college, outstanding communication skills, problem-solving interest, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).

About the Team
The Strategy Team is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision and direction of the College Board. We work closely with the executive leadership team, business units, and external partners to identify opportunities and incubate solutions that improve educational opportunities and outcomes, particularly for low-income, first-generation, and students of color, in the context of a competitive business environment. Our team has incubated high-impact initiatives such as the BigFuture Scholarships Program, which guides students through the complicated process of applying to college, as well as Career Kickstart, an expansion of Advanced Placement that gives all students the opportunity to earn a tri-credit (high school credit, college credit, and industry-recognized credentials) for in-demand careers.

The College Board Strategy Leadership Program is a two-year program designed to cultivate the next generation of strategists and leaders at College Board by equipping early-career professionals with the skills, experiences, and mentorship to solve complex problems and drive equity-centered change in education.
The Strategy Leadership Program is designed for professionals with 2-4 years of post-college professional experience with a keen interest in growing skill in all aspects of problem-solving.Fellows maygrow into high-impact strategic roles at College Board within the 2 years.Strategy alum have gone onto leadership roles internally with Office of CEO, Advanced Placement, and the SAT Teams, externally to mission-driven organizations, like Guild Education and the Gates Foundation, or have pursued advanced degrees in business and other fields. As Fellows, you will be prepared for careers in strategy, consulting, research, project management,special projects, and more.
