Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, leading technical finance projects, guiding change management, and recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Skills: Candidates should have experience in IT business relationship management, strong communication skills, knowledge of finance processes, and problem-solving abilities, along with experience in software applications relevant to finance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration is preferred, with 5–7 years in IT strategy or business analysis, and experience with Workday Financials is required.
Location: This role is remote, based in Massachusetts, USA, with travel occurring less than twice a month to company offices.
Compensation: $93250 - $166250 / Annually

The Manager, Finance IT Business Partner (ITBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning technology solutions with organizational goals to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and support innovation. This role builds strong stakeholder relationships with the finance teams, translates their needs into actionable initiatives, and partners closely with IT Centers of Excellence to ensure business requirements are met. The Manager guides digital transformation efforts and coordinates project execution to deliver measurable business value.

Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250. - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
