- Jamf Pro expertise (Jamf 300+ level)
- Advanced Bash scripting and fluency in Python
- Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience with package distribution tools (AutoPkg, AutoPkgr, Jamf)
- Experience with Windows endpoint management (Intune)
- REST API integration experience (Jamf API, Okta API, etc.)
- Deep understanding of endpoint security, patch management, and least-privilege controls

Responsibilities
- Administer and scale Jamf Pro for macOS device management ensuring compliance (encryption, OS patching, configuration profiles, app management).
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure endpoint management scales with company growth.
- Drive technical initiatives: permission automation, third-party patching, silent updates, stability improvements, and streamlined device deployment.
- Build automation and IaC pipelines (Terraform or similar) and scripting (Bash, Python) integrating with Jamf, Okta, MDM APIs for zero-touch provisioning.
- Manage enterprise-grade package and software deployment pipelines (AutoPkg or equivalent) for silent rollouts at scale.
- Implement and maintain endpoint change control processes, testing, rollback plans, and compliance tracking with dashboards and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Support, Engineering, and IT to onboard security agents and integrate with Okta SSO, Oomnitza, Google Workspace, and monitoring tools.
- Act as escalation tier for complex macOS/hardware/networking/software incidents and produce runbooks and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate team capabilities in Jamf, scripting, and automation.
- Evaluate new endpoint-management technologies, run POCs, and recommend adoption to improve platform efficiency and security.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Jamf) preferred
