Pansophic Learning is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to enhance and support their Salesforce platform, focusing on user satisfaction and engagement strategies. This role will involve collaboration with various teams to improve user management and optimize enrollment processes.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include user management, configuration changes, user support, training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce for enrollment services.
Skills: Candidates should have a strong understanding of Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and proficiency in Salesforce configurations and user management.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and experience in Salesforce Administration are required; Salesforce certification and experience in admissions or with HEDA/EDA preferred.
Location: The job is located in Tysons Corner, VA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $110,000.

The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable supporting users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
