About the Position
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead The Princeton Review and Tutor.com’s financial strategy, planning, and business operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the financial future of the organization and ensuring fiscal discipline across all business units.
The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance. This role will also oversee business operations including corporate real estate and supply chain. This role requires a visionary leader who can align financial strategy with organizational goals, drive operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth. The CFO will work closely with senior leaders across departments to provide data-driven insights, guide investment decisions, and ensure the company maintains a strong financial foundation to serve its diverse student populations.
