Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly cash positions and prepare management cash reporting
- Develop and maintain robust cash forecasting models and methodologies
- Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs and recommend cash deployment strategies
- Design and implement cash flow optimization and working capital initiatives
- Manage relationships with banks and capital markets partners; support debt issuance, refinancing, and repayment
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including interest rate, FX, commodity, and liquidity risks
- Design, execute, and monitor hedging and derivative strategies aligned with policy
- Design and maintain internal controls (SOX) over cash, banking, debt, and investments
- Support financial reporting with schedules and analysis for debt footnotes, cash disclosures, and interest calculations
- Partner cross-functionally to evaluate capital projects and assess company-wide ROIC impacts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA or CFA preferred
