NVIDIA’s Corporate Development team works directly with NVIDIA’s senior executives to define, analyze, and shape our overall growth strategy, M&A opportunities, strategic investments, acquisition integration, and ensure the financial and operational targets of each transaction are fully realized.
We are looking for an MBA intern to partner with management to develop growth strategies, including market development, identification of acquisition and investment opportunities, and execution of such transactions. Source and evaluate strategic initiatives that will capitalize upon these opportunities and drive shareholder value. Manage the transaction execution and integration process.
Monitor and assess market participants and trends in related markets for NVIDIA and assist in the formulation of strategies to grow in new adjacent markets, incorporating M&A, investments and partnerships.
Identify, evaluate and execute a variety of strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, investments and strategic projects & partnerships.
Assess new opportunities including argument development, and diligence & issue resolution.
You will conduct financial modeling and valuation, transaction execution & integration, and work alongside with other corporate development team members to lead the internal and external transaction team.
Partner with business unit colleagues and technical experts to prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.
3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development
Currently pursuing your MBA degree with a graduation date of May/June 2027
Possess strong financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding of investment/merger/acquisition analysis and related issues
Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company
Excellent strategic and critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Clear communicator with experience presenting to executives
Ability to assimilate and work with multiple organizations within the company
Deep understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling best-practices
Ambitious individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 27 USD - 82 USD.
