Visa’s Corporate Functions People Team is seeking an experienced Senior Director, People Business Partner to support Visa’s Global Legal, Ethics & Compliance Organization. The successful candidate for this role is client centric and comfortable navigating challenging forces in a fast-paced, dynamic payments space within an ever-changing environment. This individual will also be a key member of the Corporate Functions People team and work closely with their counterparts for successful planning and delivery of People programs and services to the business. They will operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to executives and to other members of the company's senior management team, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues.

Basic Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
• 12+ years of human resources leadership with exposure to an innovative, agile business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition. Industry is open with a preference for a global technology company. Multi-company experience known for HR excellence is strongly preferred.
• 15-18 years of successful business partnership at an executive level, with proven success in developing and implementing People strategies to drive and support business strategy.
• Experience in a growing global business and positive reputation for working effectively across all levels of an organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 170,000 to 290,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
