Responsibilities: Key duties include managing workers' compensation cases, promoting safety programs, conducting training, and facilitating safety inspections to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
Skills: Required skills include knowledge of workers' compensation laws, strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Safety, certification in this field, and a Bachelor's degree.
Location: The position is based in Santa Ana, CA, with potential travel required for 1-2 overnight trips per year across California.
Compensation: $85000 - $93500 / Annually
