The role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our People team. Reporting to our VP of People, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and engaging diverse talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, negotiating job offers, developing strategic recruiting plans, and leveraging data to improve the recruitment process and enhance the employer brand. You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidate have a positive and memorable experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • You will be a strategic partner to our leadership, responsible for building and scaling our GTM organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
  • Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
  • Provide market insights and data to internal stakeholders to inform hiring decisions and strategies.
  • Negotiate and close offers, ensuring a high acceptance rate.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company and culture to potential candidates.

Why you’re a great fit:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for a Saas company, with a focus on Go-to-Market and G&A hiring.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR. 
  • Strong understanding of the GTM function and the key metrics for success.
  • We need a proactive and results-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert level project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • A passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with using recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Experience with Global Hiring in locations such as Latin America and the Philippines.

Compensation:

  • Base compensation range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year.
  • Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits.
