Sr. Technical Recruiter (Remote)

Sustainable Talent is a WBENC-certified, women-owned HR and talent consulting firm partnering with leading companies to deliver flexible, compliant workforce solutions. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep technical/manufacturing recruiting experience to lead full-cycle hiring, build diverse pipelines, and drive data-informed talent strategies for an automotive supplier and manufacturing client.

Skills

  • Full-cycle recruiting and high-volume requisition management
  • Technical recruiting for engineering, design, and manufacturing roles
  • Proficiency with ATS and talent platforms (Eightfold, Oracle or similar)
  • Data-driven reporting and metrics using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer across corporate, professional, and manufacturing roles
  • Manage a requisition load of 20–30 active roles and prioritize to meet hiring timelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategy with workforce plans and hiring goals
  • Source proactively to build diverse talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and skilled trades roles
  • Deliver data-driven talent insights and hiring metrics to HR and business leaders
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS and enterprise systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle)
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, university events, and on-site hiring activities
  • Support onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I initiatives

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • Ongoing professional development or recruiting certifications a plus
