Responsibilities: Oversees employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance initiatives while championing health and safety practices and managing training and development programs.
Skills: Requires knowledge of labor law, HRIS systems, payroll practices, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications: BS/BA degree along with minimum 5 years of HR experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, with SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $110,000.
