This role is a chance to manage enterprise-wide initiatives such as Cambium’s 2026 job architecture and leveling roadmap, while building a future-ready compensation framework grounded in equity, transparency, and scale. You’ll also own the evolution of Cambium’s sales and GTM incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and partnering with senior executives to deliver impact.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll report to the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations and steer projects that shape the future of Total Rewards at Cambium. Success in this role requires proven analytical skills, ambition, and a passion for designing programs that shape Cambium’s growth and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Cambium’s job architecture and leveling program, including titling frameworks, ranges, and pay transparency readiness.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles (base salary, bonus, sales incentives) across the enterprise.
  • Partner with CROs, Finance, and business leaders on sales/GTM incentive design and benchmarking.
  • Drive modernization of compensation processes and tools, including managing implementation projects for benchmarking platforms.
  • Build consultative partnerships with People Experience Business Partners (PXBP), business leaders, and Finance to ensure compensation programs enable business success.
  • Create and deliver education materials that enhance employee, people leader, and PXBP fluency in compensation.

Job Requirements:

  • Significant compensation experience (typically 8+ years), with exposure to both broad-based and sales/GTM plan design.
  • Proven success leading large-scale projects (job leveling, pay transparency, compensation system/process implementation).
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to credibly partner with senior leaders.
  • Must have Workday compensation experience.
  • Thrives in collaborative, growth-focused environments and has a track record of driving initiatives in agile organizations.

What This Offers:

  • The opportunity to lead high-impact projects that connect compensation strategy to business results.
  • Exposure to and collaboration with Cambium’s senior executives across the business.
  • A collaborative team environment where your ideas, execution, and leadership will directly shape Cambium’s future-state Total Rewards programs.
