The Manager of Compensation and Benefits plays a key leadership role in shaping and executing TDECU’s total rewards strategy. As a trusted advisor, this role leads compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs that support organizational goals, attract and retain top talent, and ensure pay equity and market competitiveness. This leader blends strategic insight with hands-on program management to drive value across the organization.
