We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of People Operations to lead our global HR function. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this is a critical leadership role that will partner closely with the executive team to drive our people strategy, ensuring it directly supports our business objectives, particularly our journey towards profitable growth and operational efficiency. You'll be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, optimizing our talent, and providing expert guidance across all HR disciplines, with a strong emphasis on compensation.
