Senior Technical Recruiter
Skills
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on tech roles
- Proficiency with ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) and recruiting workflows
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and boolean search
- Comfortable negotiating offers and closing candidates
- Data-driven approach to identify trends and refine sourcing strategies
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate challenging situations
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing for technical roles
- Partner with tech leadership to define hiring goals and create data-driven recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines across AI, data science, engineering, and IT
- Manage and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
- Serve as an employer brand ambassador, communicating mission and culture to candidates
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant recruiting certifications or training considered a plus
- Experience in education or mission-driven organizations is an advantage
