Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, perform deep boolean searches for candidates, screen resumes, facilitate interviews, and track recruitment metrics.
Skills: Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing passive and active candidates, strong interviewing skills, and adaptability to shifting organizational needs.
Qualifications: 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting within technology sectors, with proven expertise in IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design recruiting.
Location: This is a remote role, but applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
Compensation: $93800 - $130500 / Annually

The annual US base salary range for this role is $93.800 - $130,500 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
