Skills: 8+ years of experience in employee benefits management, strong analytical skills, proven success with complex vendor partnerships, and effective mentoring abilities. Workday benefits administration experience preferred.
Qualifications: Experience leading comprehensive employee benefits programs and a background in advising and presenting to senior executives.
Location: Remote position based in the United States, with a focus on maintaining a flexible work environment.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $100,000 - $145,000.

In this high-impact role, you’ll report to the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations and work closely with senior leadership to deliver benefits that are strategic, scalable, and employee-centered. Success in this role requires excellent executional leadership, strategic judgment, and a passion for designing programs that enhance wellbeing, build engagement, and reflect Cambium’s values.
