Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to GTM leaders including VP+
- Translate business strategy into people strategy through workforce planning and HR analytics
- Lead and support organizational design, talent management, and leadership development initiatives
- Drive change management programs and cross-functional projects aligned to GTM priorities
- Collaborate with People Team COEs, Finance, Legal, FP&A and Talent Acquisition to deliver HR solutions
- Manage complex employee relations issues to resolution and provide policy guidance
- Develop and implement culture-building and DEI initiatives to improve engagement and retention
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting strategies and succession planning
- Set and uplevel HR best practices, standards, and processes for the business unit
- Use HR data to identify workforce trends and recommend actionable people strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
- HR certifications (PHR and/or SHRM-CP) are a plus
- Willingness to complete required background and export compliance checks where applicable
