Human Resources Business Partner

New Relic is a global observability platform helping companies operate in an AI-first world. The company seeks an experienced, strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support Go To Market (GTM) leaders across multiple U.S. regions, driving people strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning in partnership with COEs and cross-functional teams.

  • HR data analytics to inform decision-making
  • Compensation and performance management familiarity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to GTM leaders including VP+
  • Translate business strategy into people strategy through workforce planning and HR analytics
  • Lead and support organizational design, talent management, and leadership development initiatives
  • Drive change management programs and cross-functional projects aligned to GTM priorities
  • Collaborate with People Team COEs, Finance, Legal, FP&A and Talent Acquisition to deliver HR solutions
  • Manage complex employee relations issues to resolution and provide policy guidance
  • Develop and implement culture-building and DEI initiatives to improve engagement and retention
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting strategies and succession planning
  • Set and uplevel HR best practices, standards, and processes for the business unit
  • Use HR data to identify workforce trends and recommend actionable people strategies

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
  • HR certifications (PHR and/or SHRM-CP) are a plus
  • Willingness to complete required background and export compliance checks where applicable
