Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain global compensation programs and pay structures
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and total rewards analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Partner with HR leaders and senior leadership to align compensation strategy with business objectives
- Manage compensation administration processes, job evaluations, salary reviews, and equity programs
- Use HRIS and compensation analysis tools to produce reports, models, and recommendations
- Lead, develop, and mentor a compensation team and provide subject-matter expertise
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and communicate implications to stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential compensation matters with professionalism
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (required)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
