Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters to improve sourcing, candidate experience, and closing rates.
- Oversee delivery for high-priority engineering and technical searches and step in on complex roles as needed.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to calibrate hiring plans, forecast needs, and adjust strategy.
- Optimize recruiting tools, dashboards, workflows, and data hygiene to drive hiring velocity and quality.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics, review dashboards weekly, and drive continuous improvement.
- Run sourcing jams, intake meetings, and cross-functional recruiting syncs to maximize referral and passive pipelines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Advanced degree is a plus but not required
