Technical Recruiting Manager

TRM Labs is a mission-driven blockchain intelligence company focused on combating illicit activity using blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics. The company seeks an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and scale a high-performing recruiting team that delivers top-tier engineering and technical talent, improves recruiting operations, and partners closely with executives and hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Skills

  • Proven technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments with complex hiring needs.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and ability to coach recruiters to higher performance.
  • Strong operational skills with experience managing ATS, dashboards, and recruiting workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with executives and hiring teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort translating recruiting metrics into actionable strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters to improve sourcing, candidate experience, and closing rates.
  • Oversee delivery for high-priority engineering and technical searches and step in on complex roles as needed.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to calibrate hiring plans, forecast needs, and adjust strategy.
  • Optimize recruiting tools, dashboards, workflows, and data hygiene to drive hiring velocity and quality.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics, review dashboards weekly, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Run sourcing jams, intake meetings, and cross-functional recruiting syncs to maximize referral and passive pipelines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Advanced degree is a plus but not required
