Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Recruiting to design, lead, and scale our global hiring function across technical, clinical, and operational domains. This leader will be responsible for setting the long-term recruiting strategy, overseeing full-cycle hiring, and elevating our employer brand as we expand. The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and a hands-on operator, capable of building scalable recruiting systems while ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects our mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Define Talent Strategy: Partner with the executive team to forecast workforce needs, align recruiting priorities with business goals, and establish clear hiring roadmaps.

  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead efforts across engineering, product, clinical, compliance, and senior leadership roles—ensuring we attract and close top talent in highly competitive markets.

  • Build & Lead Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing internal recruiting team while managing external search partners and agencies as needed.

  • Operational Excellence: Design scalable recruiting infrastructure, leveraging best-in-class tools, processes, and data-driven analytics to enable sustainable growth.

  • Champion Candidate Experience: Create a world-class, inclusive candidate journey that highlights our values and differentiates us in the market.

  • Employer Brand & Market Presence: Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to amplify our mission and position us as the employer of choice for talent in healthcare, AI, and beyond.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12–15 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles driving team and org-wide talent acquisition strategy.

  • Proven track record of success hiring in technology, healthcare, or AI-driven environments, with deep knowledge of both technical and non-technical functions.

  • Demonstrated experience building scalable recruiting operations, from tools and workflows to analytics and reporting frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills—capable of partnering effectively with executives and inspiring cross-functional alignment.

  • Strong passion for mission-driven work and a deep belief in the power of people to drive organizational success.
