Technical Sourcer - job 1 of 3

Applied Intuition is a vehicle intelligence company building tools and autonomy stacks for safe, AI-driven machines. They are seeking ambitious Technical Sourcers to drive top-of-funnel recruiting, improve sourcing processes, and partner with hiring teams as the company scales.

Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Proven success at an agency or in-house recruiting function with a fast growth trajectory
  • Strong Boolean search and sourcing tool proficiency
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep industry knowledge of autonomous vehicles and represent Applied Intuition externally
  • Identify and implement process improvements across sourcing and top-of-funnel recruiting
  • Source, contact, screen, and interview prospective candidates
  • Use data and metrics to iterate on and improve sourcing strategies
  • Program-manage recruiting operations projects and coordinate with hiring teams

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Equivalent professional experience in recruiting/sourcing accepted
