- Proven success at an agency or in-house recruiting function with a fast growth trajectory
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing tool proficiency
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Develop deep industry knowledge of autonomous vehicles and represent Applied Intuition externally
- Identify and implement process improvements across sourcing and top-of-funnel recruiting
- Source, contact, screen, and interview prospective candidates
- Use data and metrics to iterate on and improve sourcing strategies
- Program-manage recruiting operations projects and coordinate with hiring teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Equivalent professional experience in recruiting/sourcing accepted
