Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats for all open roles
- Manage calendars and scheduling logistics between candidates, recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers
- Streamline and document interview processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment tools and process improvements to optimize workflow
- Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to build interview plans and ensure readiness
- Maintain clear candidate communications and timely follow-ups throughout the interview lifecycle
- Support ad-hoc recruiting operations projects and reporting as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (required)
