POSITION SUMMARY
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Greet and assist applicants and staff with employee questions, and paperwork process via walk-ins, phone and email
Provide assistance for employees with Perks & Deals programs including: eligibility, bus passes, discounts, Real Deal, etc.
Daily processing of employee data by using Workday in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Walk employees through online onboarding process
Assist with maintaining the background check and motor vehicle report process
Maintain and update employee files
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
Exercise strict confidentiality with all information including but not limited to personnel information including wage data, medical information, performance management information and EEO information at all times.
Attend team meetings, as required
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
One-year general office experience required
Previous Human Resources administrative experience preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must have excellent computer data entry skills
Maintain high degree of confidentiality
Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Must sit for long periods of time
