- Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities
- Support creation, revision, and maintenance of Talent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes to ensure transparency and consistency
- Assist with confidential labor relations and collective bargaining administrative work in collaboration with Talent leadership
- Conduct phone screens, manage candidate communications, scheduling, and interview logistics
- Maintain and organize departmental Google drives and documentation, ensuring alignment across systems (Greenhouse, onboarding trackers, etc.)
- Prepare salary change notices, personnel action forms, and track employment status changes
- Support onboarding logistics including welcome communications, scheduling onboarding sessions, and tracking 30/60/90 progress
- Assist with intern recruitment and related administrative tasks, including job postings and ATS setup
- Support rollout of new projects, initiatives, and policy documentation updates
Education
- 3+ years of human resources, people operations, or administrative experience (relevant advanced degree may substitute for experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
