Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Justworks is a mission-driven HR platform that helps small and growing businesses manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. We are seeking a data-driven Senior Total Rewards Analyst to lead compensation and benefits strategy, translate analytics into action, and partner cross-functionally to design equitable, competitive rewards programs that support talent attraction and retention.

Skills

  • 5+ years progressive compensation/total rewards experience
  • Hands-on program design for bonus, equity, and incentives
  • Strong analytical skills with market benchmarking experience (Radford, Mercer, Option Impact)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with HRIS (Workday required)
  • Experience with pay equity analysis and relevant compliance (FLSA, ACA)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle compensation and rewards initiatives from strategy through implementation and impact tracking.
  • Design and manage equity, bonus, and incentive programs with a focus on alignment, equity, and performance.
  • Perform pay equity analyses, job architecture maintenance, and salary review processes.
  • Analyze benefits utilization and market trends; model plan design, vendor comparisons, and renewal scenarios.
  • Partner with HRBP, Finance, Recruiting, Legal, and PeopleOps on cross-functional rewards projects and enrollments.
  • Develop and deliver clear compensation and benefits reporting, communications, and analytics to stakeholders.
  • Champion systems/process improvements, data integrity, and use of modern comp tech and AI where applicable.
  • Lead ad-hoc reporting, benchmarking, and pilot projects evaluating emerging trends in total rewards.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Ongoing professional development in compensation/total rewards recommended
