Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative work across campaigns, digital, OOH, events, and experiential channels.
- Raise standards for design craft, consistency, and brand stewardship across all marketing touchpoints.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to evolve visual identity and design systems for scale.
- Develop roadmaps, scope initiatives, and ensure design work aligns with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering craft, feedback loops, and career growth.
- Manage collaborations with external creative and media agencies, ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence.
- Oversee multi-channel project delivery with clarity, speed, and strong executional follow-through.
- Create compelling narratives and presentations to communicate design strategy to senior stakeholders.
Education
- BA/BS in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating high-impact campaigns, identity systems, and multi-channel work
- Proven experience managing and scaling design teams
