Stepful is seeking a Staff Product Designer to create engaging and user-friendly experiences for students and educators within our healthcare training platform, utilizing a mix of design methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: Design intuitive product experiences for users, manage and evolve the design system, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams.
Skills: 8+ years in product design across platforms; expertise in design thinking, user research, and collaboration with technical teams; familiarity with design systems.
Qualifications: Experience in EdTech or Healthcare startups, proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven product development is a plus.
Location: In-office position at 408 Broadway, Floor 5, New York, NY; requires on-site availability.
Compensation: $160000 - $200000 / Annually

The role:
As our Staff Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for building rich, intuitive best in class experiences for students, instructors, and coaches. Your projects will range from designing delightful product experiences for students, maturing our design system, improving the platforms our coaches and instructors use daily and new products for Stepful partners.

Compensation:
$160-200k base salary
Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
