Skills
- Experience as a full-stack product designer handling discovery, prototyping, and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping/workflow tools
- Strong UX fundamentals: wireframing, interaction design, and usability testing
- Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for scoped problems from discovery through delivery using a data-informed approach
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define and validate solutions
- Iterate on concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI, incorporating user feedback and metrics
- Contribute to and refine the design system to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across products
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints when shaping product direction
- Communicate design rationale and present work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into subsequent iterations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX, HCI, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating product and UX work (B2B, SaaS, marketplace preferred)
