Our mission is to develop 1M leaders through our people development software.
Pros
From my time at Leadr I've just seen that the company, from leadership down, practices what they preach. They really do care about their people, and developing them. Working here is so unique. It's a place with a mission that you can get behind, with people you want to go on the journey with, in a culture you won't want to leave. I've learned so much since I've come here and am around some of the most amazing, high caliber people, I've ever met.Cons
Any cons I can think of our external factors outside the control of leadership or the company. Being a Tech startup the past couple years has it's challenges with the economy (as we all know). However, in the midst of this hard, I've said that I would never do this at any other company, because of the culture Leadr has and how supported I feel.Dallas Morning's News Best Places to Work in 2023, The Dallas Morning News, 2023 #12 on Will Reed Top 100 Early Stage Companies to Work for, Will Reed, 2023
