Job Description
Our enterprise SAAS client is in need of an on-site recruiting coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia. The duration of the contract is six months, with the possibility to extend or convert for high performers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and providing a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews (if applicable) using tools like Greenhouse
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions.
Qualifications
- Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
- Must live in or near Atlanta, Georigia
- Experience working for a tech start-up
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Able to schedule 100 interviews a week
