- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting strategy for the TRS Hardware division across all levels
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor and subject matter expert for complex hiring projects
- Develop and optimize sourcing and outreach strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other tools
- Build talent maps and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and respond to competitor movements
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to align on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Drive process improvements, candidate experience, and high interview-to-offer ratios
- Provide regular strategic updates and business reviews to stakeholders
Education
- BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (required)
