Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program execution to meet or exceed cost, schedule, and performance targets.
- Maintain deep understanding of program requirements and sustain continual customer dialogue to align engineering efforts to mission objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional, integrated team across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, test, operations, and business development.
- Build and coach a high-performance, outcome-oriented program team; mentor and develop talent.
- Drive strategic planning, market analysis, and roadmap alignment for program initiatives within Air Defense.
- Manage program finances: budgeting, cost estimates, pricing inputs, and financial reporting.
- Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and financial risks; coordinate corrective actions and trade-offs.
- Represent Anduril to end-users and customers, clearly articulating capabilities and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- Relevant technical coursework or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance (Secret minimum)
