Implementation Manager (Remote - North America)

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and technical enablement of enterprise and mid-market customers. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable implementation plans, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems. You will create scalable, repeatable processes while maintaining flexibility for unique enterprise needs. Accountabilities

• Lead the onboarding and technical implementation process for enterprise and mid-market customers
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align implementation with customer objectives
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and plan implementations
• Design, optimize, and standardize scalable implementation frameworks
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration specifications and data models
• Identify and resolve technical blockers in partnership with internal teams
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to inform platform improvements
• Drive efficiency through process automation and repeatable best practices

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or related roles in enterprise software
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations while maintaining clear communication with diverse stakeholders
• Experience designing and optimizing scalable implementation processes
• Excellent technical project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

• Competitive USD salary range of $140,000-$200,000 OTE per year
