Responsibilities
- Manage PPO activities and support cross-departmental interactions as delegated by the department lead
- Lead development of project plans to support functional areas (e.g., Medical Affairs, QA) and senior PMs
- Support system implementation to ensure alignment of project decisions, priorities, and milestones
- Proactively monitor execution of project plans and deliverables to meet program and company milestones
- Coordinate stakeholders across matrixed and geographically dispersed teams
- Prepare status reports, escalate risks, and recommend mitigation actions
- Occasional travel to support program activities and stakeholder meetings
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Experience or familiarity with clinical, preclinical, CMC, QA, Medical Affairs, or Regulatory Affairs considered beneficial
- Understanding of drug development phases from pre-IND through NDA
