- Familiarity with B2W, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage phases of large complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects ($1M–$50M)
- Plan, direct and coordinate project activities to meet scope, schedule and budget
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and on-site crews, including on-water personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental requirements
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, change orders and client communications
- Travel extensively to project sites (50%+), including work performed on the water
- Collaborate with estimating, operations and engineering teams to resolve issues
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered (3+ years related experience required)
