We are seeking an International Project Manager to drive and oversee global initiatives, helping expand products into new international markets. This role is central to connecting strategy with execution across multiple projects, ensuring smooth onboarding of international distributors and eCommerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, optimize processes, and maintain strong relationships with cross-cultural partners. This position is remote, full-time, and involves occasional international travel. It offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results globally.
· Develop and maintain efficient project workflows for international operations, including distributor onboarding, regulatory compliance, and order fulfillment
· Support pricing, terms agreements, logistical coordination, and regulatory preparation for new and existing international partners
· Facilitate and nurture relationships with international distributors, applying cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to build trust and long-term success
· Collaborate with internal teams such as QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Product Development to align projects, processes, and requirements
· Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
· Assist the International Sales Director in providing guidance, updates, and strategic input to the international team
· Travel up to ~10% internationally to support key projects and partner relationships
· 2–3+ years of experience in project management; PMP certification preferred
· Proven experience managing projects using tools such as Asana
· Understanding of cultural differences and prior exposure to international or multinational projects
· Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
· Experience in eCommerce, with social media or influencer campaign experience considered a plus
· Fluent in English; multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a strong advantage
· Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed
