About the Role:
We are looking for a Deployment Operations Manager to lead the deployment of our Autonomous Surface Vessel (USV) solutions for non-defense customers. This role will live at the intersection of go-to-market, product management, engineering and operations. This person will work closely with the Havoc Commercial team to build the requirements for deployment and create timelines and oversee operations across sectors such as offshore energy, port security, environmental monitoring, and maritime logistics. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the maritime domain and a passion for maritime innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own project from requirements gathering through design, integration, testing, and deployment of ASV systems.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, autonomy, mechanical, and field ops personnel.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. .
Gather customer feedback and relay it back to product management and technical teams.
Support pilot testing, demonstrations, and deployments as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of project management experience, preferably in maritime, robotics, or autonomous systems.
Strong technical understanding of marine operations and autonomous platforms
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver products from concept to market. PMP preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
50% travel
