Mid-level Recruiter with AI-driven approach

Wrike is a leading work management platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. We are seeking a Mid-level Recruiter based in the U.S. to lead full-cycle Go-to-Market hiring (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations and related roles) across North America and Costa Rica, leveraging AI-enabled sourcing and modern recruitment technologies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Skills

  • Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience for Go-to-Market functions
  • Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Practical experience applying AI or automation tools in sourcing and outreach
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills
  • Cross-border hiring experience (North America and Costa Rica)
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline building and process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Use AI-powered tools and modern sourcing strategies to identify and engage top GtM talent.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal and related GtM roles, from sourcing to offer.
  • Manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 8–10 active requisitions concurrently.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and improving hiring processes.
  • Optimize ATS workflows (Greenhouse) and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Calendly and Google Workspace.
  • Champion the candidate experience and employer brand across local and international talent communities.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to scale data-driven hiring practices and sourcing playbooks.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Ongoing professional development and willingness to obtain relevant recruiting certifications
