Responsibilities
- Use AI-powered tools and modern sourcing strategies to identify and engage top GtM talent.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal and related GtM roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 8–10 active requisitions concurrently.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and improving hiring processes.
- Optimize ATS workflows (Greenhouse) and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Calendly and Google Workspace.
- Champion the candidate experience and employer brand across local and international talent communities.
- Collaborate with TA leadership to scale data-driven hiring practices and sourcing playbooks.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
- Ongoing professional development and willingness to obtain relevant recruiting certifications
