This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Manager in the United States.

This role is responsible for driving the success of sales teams by building scalable, high-impact enablement programs that improve performance and revenue outcomes. You will design and deliver onboarding frameworks, training programs, and sales playbooks while partnering with leadership to optimize performance across outbound and upsell motions. The position offers a hands-on, collaborative environment where your work directly influences business results, enabling teams to adopt best practices, leverage key sales tools, and achieve measurable goals.   • Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales playbooks covering processes, talk tracks, systems, and best practices to support Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding programs, ongoing training, and bootcamps to ensure continuous skill development and readiness of sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to coach and upskill their teams using call listening, performance data, and actionable insights.
  • Launch and track enablement programs, measuring success against business objectives, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing to align programs with go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of sales and enablement tools, such as Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, and other platforms.

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Outbound Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coaching with proven revenue impact.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies, expansion motions, and upsell processes in high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, Sandler, Command of the Message, or MEDDIC.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement impact and translating insights into actionable programs.
  • Proficiency with enablement and sales tools (LMS, Gong, Outreach, Salesforce) and preferably familiarity with Apollo.io or similar platforms.
  • Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-motivation, with the ability to create engaging and effective training content.
