Partner Sales Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Manager in United States.

In this role, you will drive the success of a dynamic partner ecosystem, collaborating with cybersecurity-focused VARs and channel partners across your territory. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build strong business relationships, and guide partners through the entire sales journey. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic planning, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration, offering the opportunity to influence growth and revenue within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned VAR partners, developing strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Design and execute partner business plans, GTM strategies, and success plans to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and internal sales teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead partner enablement activities, including training, sales plays, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue outcomes.
  • Represent the organization externally, including presentations and demos to partner stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve operational roadblocks, improving deal velocity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3–5 years in the cybersecurity industry and strong channel partner relationships.
  • Proven ability to navigate the North American channel landscape, including VARs and Distributors, with experience in partnership models such as sell-with, sell-through, or sell-to.
  • Strong understanding of modern enterprise security products and familiarity with leading vendors (firewalls, EDR, SIEM).
  • Expertise in managing the reseller partner lifecycle, from recruitment to ongoing relationship management, training, and enablement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate partnership models and GTM strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred; must reside within the assigned territory.
