Territory Account Manager - Memphis

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Account Manager - Memphis in United States.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Manager to drive sales and strengthen relationships within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a portfolio of specialized radiopharmaceutical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, deliver product expertise, and achieve sales targets. This position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry. You will have a significant impact on business growth while supporting innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, travel, and the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of precision medicine.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive sales and business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and provide technical support for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or account management; 5+ years preferred in pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing product launches.
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred.
  • Knowledge of US reimbursement landscape and third-party company collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget tracking, contracting, and timeline management.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate parallel activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, and a natural problem-solver and team player.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
