Now we’re looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Manager to strengthen, expand, and scale partnerships with some of the largest builders, developers, and home-services platforms in the country.
Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). We prefer NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to our most strategic customers—driving adoption, expansion, and long-term success across multi-brand, multi-region accounts. You’ll lead complex enterprise relationships that span operators, executives, and product stakeholders, ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes and continued growth.
This is a foundational role in shaping PermitFlow’s enterprise customer motion. You’ll work directly with the CEO, VP of Sales, and cross-functional leadership to define how we grow our footprint across Enterprise Accounts, primarily in the Home Services space. You’ll thrive if you love solving hard problems, guiding change, and operating at the intersection of construction and technology.
Own strategic relationships and a $5m+ book with enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact for executive, operational, and field stakeholders
Partner with the CEO and VP of Sales to bring order to a new function—uncovering best practices, running experiments, and building a scalable motion for the Account Management team.
Lead customer success and expansion efforts across multiple divisions, brands, and geographies
Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption, utilization, and renewals
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding customer goals, workflows, and growth plans
Partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, and CS to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and long-term success
Lead QBRs and executive reviews showcasing ROI, performance, and growth opportunities
Forecast renewals, track expansion pipelines, and maintain accurate account health metrics
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers—translating PermitFlow’s platform capabilities into operational and financial value
Provide structured customer feedback to Product and GTM teams to inform roadmap and strategy

Enterprise Account Management Pro: 8+ years of experience managing complex enterprise relationships with multi-stakeholder accounts
Relationship Builder: Proven ability to to build trust and executive alignment with senior corporate executives and field-level and regional GMs

Strategic Operator: Skilled at navigating pilots, rollouts, and multi-brand growth within large or PE-backed platforms

Construction-Tech or Adjacent SaaS Experience: Background in construction-tech, PropTech, or Field Service software a nice-to-have; familiarity with home-services contractors or builders a plus
